My name is David as you may have guessed or at least assumed. Welcome to yet another food blog that I hope you will enjoy. I would like to think I have some valid input regarding these topics, yet I guess that would be true of all bloggers.

I am a Californian native with some traveling under my belt, really not enough in my mind though that is another subject. I garden when I can. I enjoy making things myself. I am also far from a food snob, I appreciate anything from a hot dog to a four star establishment. I also do not force my thoughts on others, I understand we all have preferences and *gasp* the way the chef made it is not the only way it should be enjoyed. It is your palate and if you wish to slather something with ketchup or whatever you choose. As long as you try it first as is, I do not care how you eat it. It is your mouth after all.

Lastly I really wish to warn you. I am not the best when it comes to grammar or as some may think even a proper writing style. I write as I think and I would appreciate to not hear about every run on sentence, my over use of comma’s, and every other English rule I will inevitably break on this blog. If you see a typo by all means let me know as I do appreciate that it may screw with our foreign readers (if we get any). Then as one more personal favor if you would. Please read all the comments if you have questions about something. Nobody likes redundancy and if it has already been answered there really is no valid point in asking it again unless it needs to be clarified.
